How can I customize a product & what are the charges?

The process of Product Customization involves two steps: Finalizing the graphic design and deciding upon the method of customization.

Our Dedicated Graphic Design Team is available at your service for FREE, to help you finalize a design to customize your product. The Graphic Design can include your company logo, a custom message in your words, a name and / or a graphic theme from our graphic guide. Simply connect with us and we gurantee to awestruck you by designing the product with a graphic that truly represents you and your purpose.

Each method of customization has its own features that can be distinguished into pros and cons subject to your requirement. Some commonly used methods include Engraving, Embossing, Embroidery & Printing (Screen Printing / Rubber Printing. / Digital Printing / UV Printing) After carefully analysing the nature of the product & your design requirements, our team will be able to recommend ideal methods of customization & commercials involved.

In this whole process, our ultimate goal is to make sure that your customized product looks the best possible.

Can I see a sample of the product before placing my order?

Yes! We will gladly arrange a physical sample for you & your team to try before you buy. Some product samples incur no charges while some are chargeable. Simply connect with us and share the product(s) of interest to know more.

What do you mean by Approval of Product Design Details & why is it important?

Product Design Details is a comprehensive document shared over mail at the time of order placement. It covers all specification of purchase including the product and its design, as finalised by your team. Only after formal approval of the same, our team will be able to proceed with execution of order.

An approval indicates that you are fully responsible for the final product design. The Bond will not be liable for any errors caused by: misspelling, grammar, punctuation, incorrect design or wrong color approval. We request you to check the design details carefully to make sure all your content is correct. Once approved, any changes or cancellation will not be possible. Any delay in approval of Product Design Details may further lead to a delay in execution and delivery of your order.

When will I receive my order?

Depending upon the product of choice, your design requirements, order quantity and delivery location - Our team shall share an estimate of earliest delivery date with you subject to timely approval of Product Design Details.

Please feel free to share your Product In Hand Due Date with our team and we will work to ensure it reaches you on the dot.

The Bond will not be held liable for delays in shipping / delivery caused by acts of God or other uncertain circumstances beyond control.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you'd like to change or cancel your order, you must do so before approval of Product Design Details. As on approval, your order is processed and goes into production.

Once in production, your order can not be changed or cancelled as it has been customized to your specifications. To make any possible changes to your order, please contact us immediately.

Can I order in quantities smaller or larger than MOQ mentioned?

Every product has a different Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ) that must be met. That said, if you need fewer than what we have listed, we would love to see if we can accommodate you - Additional charges may apply for lower quantites and deeper discounts may apply for larger quantities. Please get in touch with our team to communicate your goals.

Can you get me a product that I don't see offered on your website or in your catalog?
