You can return / exchange an unused product only if it is delivered damaged or is found inconsistent with the Product Design Details approved at the time of order placement. In such a situation, we will be happy to exchange the product / give you a credit note / refund the billed amount.
Product Design Details: You will receive a request for approval of Product Design Details at the time of order placement. Only after formal approval of the same, our team will be able to proceed with execution of order. Once approved, any changes or cancellation will not be possible.
To Claim: Kindly share your concern along with product photographs with our team within 5-7 days from delivery of order, failing which return / refund will not be eligible as the product will
be considered as used. If the claim is found to be correct, our team will get back to you with the best possible solutions.
Please ensure that product is unused and in original condition with price tag, labels, original packing and invoice.
The exchange / refund process will be initiated only once we have received back the product(s).
If we are unable to replace the product due to unavailability, we will refund the billed amount.
Delay
Our team will not be responsible for any delay caused awaiting formal approval of Product Design Details at the time of order placement.

This policy is only for customers in India and we would be unable to provide exchange, returns and/or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping cost.
